Massage Therapy

Get relief from your chronic condition/pain. Whether it’s a back ache or headache Reduce Tension, Stress and Anxiety. We’re here to help you.

What to expect during a massage treatment:
You will fill out a health history form and sign a consent form so the therapist can give you a safe and effective treatment.

You can fill it out prior to you appointment and bring it with you, if you like. Once in the treatment room, the therapist will ask you a few questions about the reason you came for massage therapy and he/she will explain and propose the treatment that they think will benefit you. At all times during the treatment, you will be covered except for the area that is being treated. If at any time you are uncomfortable for any reason, the therapist will make any adjustments necessary for your comfort. Most people find it very relaxing to let their mind wander or just relax while being treated. But you may talk if you want to.

Payments can be made by cash, debit or E-Transfer

Receipts with the RMT designation are given after each treatment.
